All men go through a phase of their lives where the face is the center of attention. Black spots, bubbles (sometimes true volcanoes), the first beard hair, the first wrinkles, the first crackles (sometimes the good ones). We despair of solutions, but always end up being beaten. One of my biggest problems has always been oiliness. Dozens of creams, homemade tricks, masks, clays, everything I tried. But it could only resolve the situation momentarily. I never got anything to seriously control this problem. It took Christ's age to make a light and find a solution that works.

The price of beauty products has always been high. And for men only in the last 3 to 5 years have begun to appear (seriously) products dedicated to men. And this time I decided to tackle the problem once and for all.

After much reading, I discovered that skin oils are not a bad thing. Especially because people with oily skin tend to have more hydrated and wrinkle-free skin until later. But when there is excess production of tallow (the oil you can fry an egg) the solution is not to stop producing that tallow, but to control it. Now, control requires daily treatment. At least for me, if I don't put anything on my face, I get a layer of fat on my skin.

After much searching, reading, and comparing, I decided to risk a treatment with 2 products. First a skin cleanser (try wiping your skin with a cotton after bath… right!). And secondly a moisturizer. Even oily skin needs moisturizer. Remember that we cannot stop production. We have to control! Tallow production must continue, but in a controlled manner.

CLINIQUE For Men Oily Skin Tonic

Anyone who has traveled the world looking for cosmetics for this kind of problem knows Clinique well. It was one of the first brands to develop a men's skin care range. Here the objective is clear. Clear the skin. Clear pores, control excessive production of sebum, and at the same time do not dry the skin. CLINIQUE For Men Oily Skin Tonic, is a tonic that goes on in the face with cotton discs (of those makeup cleaners) and that we only stop until the cotton turns white. It is not to rub hard. It is just to iron and remove the suet and massage the skin so that the tonic does its job. It's 200ml and from what I'm using, it's still going to be a long time. And the price was in fact the cheapest at the time (compared to other stores) even without promotions.

Biotherm Homme T-Pur Anti Oil & Shine

For the Moisturizer I wanted something that would help me once again. And I wanted the best solution. Since it was meant to be serious, it had to be a good thing. I opted for Biotherme. A brand I've always heard of when it comes to face care. And this moisturizer, Biotherm Homme T-Pur Anti Oil & ShineIn addition to being specific to oil problems, it is gel! I love gel moisturizers! In addition to not being greasy, they leave your skin fresh, and it is cleared faster. The dispenser was a surprise. Pour exactly the right amount. Neither less nor more. Who never had to load little because it always came out too much cream, or who never had to load several times because it came out too little? In this moisturizer, I just have to take a dose. Nothing more!

Results

Well. For now I just have to say very well. In the beginning I had to use 3 discs to clean my face (even if I washed my face in the bath and exfoliated 1 once a week). Now I only use 1. The skin is soft and velvety and no longer shines! I think I can not be more satisfied! Of course it is now to continue. I will continue with my masks, with my exfoliation. But with this treatment I no longer need to worry about the appearance of the skin. I know I'll always be a show.
