According to the portal Skyscanner, the cheapest month to travel to Albania is July.
The trip has a range between 6 to 11 hours. But for 225 euros per person, and with the images above, I think it's bearable.
The above price was searched on January 14 from 2019 departing on July 10 and returning on July 15 for 1 person without hold baggage.
Accommodation
When it comes to accommodation, depending on the purpose of the trip and the company, I always prefer a hotel that helps me relax more than just sleep. A quiet, modern space with a view or at least a neat space where I can spend a few minutes.

My choice is on the Blue Sky Hotel in Saranda. It is the type of hotel I would choose for this type of trip. Near the beach, great view, and calm environment.
